I would personally like to thank Ray from Prestige Leisure Tours for helping us with our team activity and lunch. From suggestions and logistics before our arrival in Launceston to the coordination of the day itself, Ray was delightful and gave our team several options to spend our afternoon taking in some of the delights that Tasmania has to offer. The lunch at Josef Cromey winery hit the mark with service, ambience, food and wine that not only offered an indulgent taste of Tassie, but was a hit with the team.
Thanks for organising a great afternoon for us Ray – I'll take you up on a longer distance food and wine tour the next time my wife and I are in Tassie, as I know we only scratched the surface on this trip!

A big thank you for your assistance and courtesy in arranging and conducting our recent chauffeured two day tour of Tasmania's midlands in your very comfortable vehicle. The four of us enjoyed your choice and manner in providing a balanced representation of the heritage and natural attractions of the district.

The moment our group of VIP visitors arrived in Tasmania, they took note of Ray's courteous, kind and warm manners. Our 3-day trip across Tasmania, despite some logistical challenges in and out of Tasmania (outside Ray's responsibility), was a deeply memorable and comfortable experience, thanks to his professionalism and creativity (by adding a few ad-hoc yet still relevant visits).

I would recommend Ray's service to anyone visiting Tasmania for a fine food and wine experience and more!

After lots of time & research on our wine tour we found Ray's business on the internet, and it was well priced and just what we were after.

After contacting Ray via email we found him to be very friendly, open to any of our ideas & he had got back to us in a timely manner.

It was great to finally met Ray on the day of our tour as we had been communicating only via emails so far. He was as helpful & friendly as before and it was so nice to have the person who we had been communicating with from the very start, to be the same person to take us on our tour. He was polite, courteous, helpful and knew lots about the area & knew the locals so that we were able to get a behind the scenes view of how the juice is extracted from the grape for the best possible experience on our tour.

Our highlight of the tour would be meeting all the wine dogs & meeting Pinot the pig. Ray was able to get Point to sit just as a dog would, it was great, and something you wouldn't normally see. We enjoyed learning about the area & we were stoked to have been able to go to 8 wineries I think it was, all in one day, just what we wanted to do!

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our day with Prestige Leisure Tours. It's rare to find a company that is so welcoming & friendly.

My partner and I enjoyed a lovely day touring around the East Tamar Wine Region with Ray from Prestige Leisure Tours. We had an exclusive tour which meant it was just the two of us which was lovely - groups are fine too, but this trip we wanted something a bit different. We were able to go to the wineries that we'd always wanted to visit and then a few others that Ray suggested as we'd never been to the region before.

It was lovely to chat with Ray whilst driving around but then whenever at the venues, he would leave us to the capable hands of the cellar door attendant etc to gain the most from their knowledge of their products - this was much appreciated. We've been on other wine tours around the country where the driver would be hanging around all the time and sometimes they'd even pour the tastings - not the best way to find out about the wines etc! One of them even had lunch with us which wasn't the most romantic thing ever, but Ray was always extremely professional and friendly.

Definitely wouldn't hesitate to recommend the services of Prestige Leisure Tours whilst in Launceston Tasmania. Enjoy!

Prestige Leisure Tours took care of our transfer from Launceston Airport to Saffire Lodge. Or at least, they took care of a VERY warm welcome when we arrived at the airport and transported our luggage safely but quick to the lodge. Meaning that the luggage was there when we arrived by helicopter. Great, as waiting for luggage is never a fun thing to do.

We met with Ray again when he drove us to Hobart, via The Lair. It was a nice drive, where Ray was able to explain a lot about Tasmania and answered all kinds of questions coming from the back of the car. And there was a big variety in questions, ranging from his constellation to the amount of cows on the island......

As a Dutch girl, it's always funny when you are able to speak in your own language while staying on the other side of the world. Ray was able to communicate in Dutch with me, and welcomed me in my own language upon arrival in Tasmania!

I really enjoyed my journey, which is also thanks to Prestige Leisure Tours and their great hospitality.

Thank you very much for giving us an unforgettable, enjoyable and wonderful day tour.

The day you guide us is one of our best memory in Tasmania. The beautiful Bridestowe Lavender Farm, wine tasting in various vineyards, romantic lunch in Leaning Church Vineyard, all of them let us take many photos and especially experience natural life with the lovely goats.

Also, you help us made a booking in Stillwater Restaurant, of course the food is excellent and make our honeymoon trip special.

I'm finally back in Afghanistan and have hit the ground running. It's been rough coming back. They moved me to a larger base and I'm in charge a much larger network now.

Anyway, I just wanted to thank you for the great time I had in Launceston. I would definitely like to go back and spend more time in the city. I had a great time meeting your family and having dinner with you and your wife. The steak was exactly what I was looking for and the wine was a perfect pairing. You made that portion of the trip great! I was truly in awe at how high the water was in the gorge!

If you're ever in southern California, please let me know. I can definitely show you and your family around to some of the sights.

As owners of small boutique vineyards ourselves on The Mornington Peninsula , we thoroughly enjoyed a tailor-made and very informative day with Ray from Prestige Leisure Tours.

My husband and I had a thoroughly fantastic day, the chosen wineries were exceptional and the people greeting us friendly and knowledgeable, the lunch platter was a real treat of local produce and the day ended with a surprise tour of a small hidden Swiss village that really made the day even more special.

Ray was a fantastic guide and his friendly and interesting commentary on the wineries and the Tamar Valley region was much appreciated. He really went that extra mile to ensure we both had a great day and even picked some roses for me as it was Valentine's day!

We would definitely recommend Prestige Leisure Tours to anyone who wants to sit back relax, enjoy the scenery, the wine, the local food and some great conversation. We've done a number of wine tours both in Australian and New Zealand and this was definitely our favourite!

We recently went on a short holiday to Tasmania and thought that a winery tour would be a great way to spend a mild Summer day. My partner and I chose the Tamar Valley Vineyards Tour which included a cheese platter lunch along the way. We were picked up from our hotel and chauffeur driven to 6 or 7 different wineries in the Tamar Valley region.

All of the staff at the wineries were very friendly and accommodating with tastings and explanations of each of the wines. Overall the day was very relaxing and loads of fun. The transport was comfortable and our chauffeur Ray was very knowledgeable.

We came away from the trip extremely satisfied and would thoroughly recommend Prestige Leisure Tours to anyone wishing to see Tasmania without the stress of driving yourself.

I am from Hong Kong. I was having a working holiday in Tasmania. Tasmania is the most beautiful and peaceful place in Australia. I joined the Prestige Leisure tour to the lavender farm in my last day of Tasmania. It was an enjoyable experience.

The lavender farm was big and beautiful. I was having a relaxing moment there and took a lot of nice pictures. Due to our tour didn't have much people, we went to blueberry farm and strawberry farm as per my request. That was an interested and unforgettable experience as we could pick our own fruit. There is no farm in Hong Kong. The day I can experience the fruit picking, making my hands dirt with mud but not too hard. I was having a great time.

The tour guide was friendly and helpful. He helped me to take a lot of memorable pictures. The van is comfortable. I was satisfied for the whole tour. And I strongly recommend others to join this tour if they are considering to go to Tasmania.
